Black Bean & Corn Dip

Lisa & I decided to make hummus today. Which we did. But we also decided to make some Black Bean Dip. After tossing a bunch of ingredients together we came up with something that we really liked. In fact, we liked it so much we just had to share (that's so like us, sharing!).

So here's what we did:

Our cast of characters:

2 cans black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can corn (drained & rinsed)
3 cloves garlic (peeled)
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 Tablespoons chilli powder

Toss everything into your handy dandy food processor (I guess a blender might do also). Blend until not quite smooth. It's nice if it is a little on the chunky side.

Looks like this:

Liberally dip onto chips and enjoy.

Love,
M
