Introducing the dogs

I'd like to introduce my dogs. To be perfectly honest one of the dogs belongs to me and the other belongs to my son. Since, we all live in the same house I consider them mine. The first dog is Tripper, my Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Tripper is 2 1/2 years old. You can't tell from this photo but Tripper is a bit over weight, not unusual for a corgi. We don’t like to talk about it in front of him because we don’t want to embarrass him. He’s a very happy dog if somewhat spoiled. My fault entirely.

T
his is Nesa. She is 9 weeks old. She moved in with us about 2 weeks ago. She is a Goldendoodle, half Golden Retriever, half standard Poodle. She is very smart, almost totally housebroke (or we like to think so). She came to us with her own photos. Doesn't she look glamorous. She has been running Tripper's short little legs off. Tripper and Nesa have been having lots of fun playing tug-the-rope. Even though Tripper is about 30 pounds heavier she holds her own.

We also have a long suffering cat who is the real hero of our pet family. He puts up with the dogs using him as a chew toy.

  1. This is great! I love the pictures and the commentary.

We have a female German Shepherd -- the sweetest dog you'd ever want to meet. Of course, she didn't come with her own pictures! ;-)

  2. What cute dogs! IF I were home more, I would like a dog, but since we travel a lot that wouldn't be fair to the dogs. Great looking blog.
