The weather is nasty and cold.
For Houston this is dangerous.
The people here do not know how to handle freezing rain.
The roads are impassable.
All the red dots are accidents.
Almost all of the freeways are elevated.
Which means that almost all of them are covered in ice.
The University is closed.
Last thing anyone wants is twenty-somethings on the roads when said roads are covered with ice.
What will I do today?
I plan to paint.
