JR was given a smart phone for Christmas. I'm not going to say by whom but I can say she he is fat slightly pudgy and jolly. This gift has opened his eyes to a whole new world. A whole new world of APPs.
And he is loving this new and exciting world.
He can get his hometown local news app, national news app, sports app
Weather app
And shopping app
The man has gone ape about APPs.
He spent most of last night downloading apps.

PS: I kind of like my smarty pants phone as well but I've had mine for over a year and don't have as many apps on it as he does. I'm a little frightened.

My mobile makes phone calls and takes bad pictures.

I started out by downloading lots of apps too, but eventually I pared it all down. Didn't you? He's like a big kid right now!

ReplyDeleteThose phones intimidate me. Nick will barely have a cell phone so I know one of those "smart" phones is most definitely not in our future.

I LOVE my apps! Has he found anything fabulous that I should know about? I have an iPhone, I wonder if we use the same ones. The other day, somebody asked me what my favorite apps were, and I told her one of them was my Dictionary.com app. She sort of looked at me like I was nuts, and asked me why I need it, and I had to confess that I just liked to look things up. I'm weird that way. I just found a really cool new one - Star Walks. You can actually point the phone to the night sky, and it will tell you what constellation you are looking at. Amazing!Okay, see, I just used my dictionary.com app to make sure I was spelling constellation right!
