  1. OMG! I trust you called your landlord.

What did you have under it? A rain barrel?

  3. SK: Most people spend big money for this kind of water feature.

  4. What's will happen the next rain storm? You are probably worried about that yourself. Be glad you are renting and don't own the place. Repairing that won't be cheap. Always happy to make comments that will brighten your day. :)

  5. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Man that is terrible! Is the place going to get an over-haul? A new roof? Something? Did you have to sign a forever lease?

  6. I believe that's touted as 'indoor water feature'

  7. I've never seen an indoor fountain quite like it but it's uhm, nice. My kids would love it.

  8. That's just awful - did u get enough to water ur plants? I can't imagine what u said to landlord, I can imagine what would have come out of my mouth! The joys of renting are only surpassed by the joys of owning - it all costs you one way or another! Hang in there sweetie!

  9. Is that not how indoor plumbing works? I grew up in the Ozarks, so maybe I'm mistaken, but that there looks to me like what we call a "sink".

  10. That sucks. I hope it get fits soon.

(And you're welcome to be a surrogate grandma. I'll even email you pictures if you need a cute kid fix.)

  11. Oh dear.

Well, aren't you glad you don't own it?

  12. Wait, what's that game you guys play? I think my line is "that's WAY too nice for my budget."

Okay - how about it doesn't rain much in Texas? (except the summer).

Hmmmm, kind of failing, aren't I? Really, I feel your pain. I had that happen - unfortunately I was on-the-road for business. Hello new hardwood floors. And it sucked even further, 'cause I own and don't rent.

Hope your landlord gets it fixed in a jiffy.
